GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

Identity of the parties

Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase sale born between the provider and the CLIENT at the moment when the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.

PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACT

Price and term of validity of the offer
The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case shall be expressed in the Euro currency (€). Said expenses, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include the costs of shipping, handling, wrapping, shipping insurance or any other additional services and attachments to the product or service purchased.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. Right of withdrawal
The CLIENT will have a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product for the return of the same. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed or construed in accordance with Spanish law in matters not expressly established. The provider and the CLIENT, agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the CUSTOMER's address.
In the event that the CLIENT is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the CLIENT expressly waive any other forum, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent and that are legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.

The physical gifts will be available until end of stock, but in no case will the order be sent without its corresponding gift or substitution, if so indicated in it.
We reserve the right to change the gift items, for not having them, for others of equal or higher value.
Gifts are not redeemable for money, nor are changes allowed, nor refunds without prior approval.
The returns of gift items must be approved in writing in the Customer Service Center and will be accepted or not, depending on the availability of items.
The shipping costs for the change of gift items, previously approved, must be borne by the customer both in the section of his home to our facilities and in the replacement section of our facilities to the customer's address.

At any time, new Products may be added to those included in the Website, it being understood, unless otherwise provided, that such new Products shall be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions in force at that time.
In the event that at the time of purchase no stock of any of the requested products is available, Almela Cinturones will inform the Customer of said situation, indicating the possibility of waiting for the stock of the product, canceling the purchase , implying the corresponding return of the economic amounts paid, or in its case, supplying a product of similar or superior characteristics (with the same or even superior qualities), previous approval by the client.
