Delivery time: 24-72 working hours (from the completion of the order).

Cost for the client: Free from € 30 - € 3.00 (Taxes included) up to € 30.

 

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal.

Delivery time: 48-72 Working hours (from the execution of the order).

Cost for the client: Free from € 60 - € 6.00 (Taxes included) up to € 60.

 

Rest of Europe:

Delivery time: 4 to 7 working days (from the execution of the order).

Cost for the client: Free from € 60 - € 10.00 (Taxes included) up to € 60.

RETURNS

 

1. The returned product must be in perfect condition, with its original labeling, promotional products, and in general everything that goes together with the purchase of the aforementioned product.

 

2. The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days.

 

3. In case of withdrawal, Almela Belts must reimburse any payment received from the consumer.

 

4. Returns will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 calendar days. For its part, Almela Belts must reimburse any payment received from the consumer, before 14 calendar days have passed since the date on which the decision of withdrawal was informed. Almela Belts may retain the reimbursement of the price until the goods have been received or proof of their return. The refund of the amounts will be made on the same credit card used to pay for the purchase, by bank transfer, or to an account where the owner of the same is the person who placed the order, always taking into account, for the refund , the payment method used by the customer

 

5. Refunds and partial cancellations of an order, will result in partial reimbursement of the total amount paid for the entire order.

 

6. Will not be subject to the right of return, those items identified as gifts purchased for the purchase of an order and that are requested to be returned unitarily.

 

7. In the promoted products and in case of withdrawal, the refund of the amount paid by the client will be made.

 

8. Shipping costs caused by returns or changes will be charged to the customer.
